When I tell people that I use self-hypnosis as one of my enormously powerful secret weapons in healing my mind, some people freak out. Their eyes stretch wide open, and their jaws drop as if saying “I could never do something like that, and I never will.” But what if I told you that your subconscious is already programmed organically? and manifests in all of our behaviors; good and unruly. And what if I told you there are ways to reprogram your subconscious the ways that YOU would like, to be able to make you feel comfortable in your own skin, make you smarter, or more successful? Isn’t that what you want? Isn’t that what everyone wants?
For example, I struggled for a long time with waking up late and becoming comfortable with an unproductive day. After listening to one 20 minute motivation Hypnosis session by Thomas Hall, I felt energized and ready to get on with my work and stop sleeping in so late. I even stopped smoking using a hypnosis session… If you’re still convinced that it’s a bunch of bologna, then, you clearly just need to try it.
As humans we look for the easiest way to fix our problems. If there was ever a magic wand in the world it would be waving in front of the magician’s eyes telling him everything he’s ever needed to hear to get what he wants.
